Create bespoke branding
If you have a personal account you have to upgrade first to take advantage of the features mentioned in this post.
You can easily add your company branding to My DocSafe account. Your brand will be visible whenever we do something on your behalf: in the emails we send to your clients asking them to sign documents, share files etc. as well as in the folders we create in their accounts.
To get started, upload your logo, your background image as well as a folder banner.
You can easily change images by deleting the existing ones and re-uploading new ones.
You can edit the company information showing your contact details as well.
Once you sign a document with someone, this is what they will see in their account.
The documents belong to the account holder but the brand is controlled by you. All changes to your branding will immediately show up in the accounts of others who have done business with you.
When you send a document for signing, the recipients will see this in their email inbox:
The emails will have your logo and can be further configured in your settings.
