You can automatically and securely distribute payslips / paystubs from Xero to individual employee accounts that are automatically created by us.
The functionality is currently operational in Australia and the United States only.
Before you begin, please make sure that your employee profiles in Xero have valid email addresses. These addresses will be used to notify your employees about MyDocSafe.
Authorise access to Xero Payroll.
- Go to your Settings area
2. Go to Addons
3. Pick your company
4. Connect to Xero
5. Pick the country of your company.
6. Login to Xero
7. Select your Xero company you want to connect.
8. Choose where you would like to play your payroll documents.
9. Finish the setup process
10. The folder you specified in step 8 has been created if it did not exist already.
11. The initial import of employee data will start automatically. The employees will also be invited to open their own accounts and to receive the payslips.
12. From an employee’s perspective, the payslip area will automatically be created in their account.
13. The payslip area will have the employer’s brand although the data will belong to the employee.
