Over the years, MyDocSafe has evolved into a robust, secure platform powering client portals, e-signatures, workflows, forms, document management, payments and integrations for professional services firms.
That core mission hasn’t changed.
What has changed is how we think about products, interfaces and innovation in the age of AI.
Today, we’re excited to share a new product strategy for MyDocSafe — one that puts AI-driven front ends at the centre, with MyDocSafe supplying the secure, compliant back end underneath.
From one platform to many AI-powered experiences
Traditionally, SaaS products tried to do everything inside a single UI.

Introducing our first example: Practice Manager (prototype)
As a first step in this strategy, we’ve built a prototype called Practice Manager:
Practice Manager is an AI-assisted front end designed to support task management and coordination within professional teams. It helps users organise work, prioritise actions, and move tasks forward collaboratively — while MyDocSafe operates behind the scenes as the secure system of record, handling documents, workflows, audit trails and permissions.
At this stage, Practice Manager is intentionally released as a prototype:

To explore how AI can assist teams with real, day-to-day operational tasks

To focus on guiding users through planning, task creation and decision-making, rather than traditional configuration-heavy screens

To validate how an AI-led interface can sit on top of MyDocSafe’s existing capabilities without duplicating core platform functionality
