Dashboard overview

MyDocSafe Proposals

In this video we show you how to set up your client onboarding process using MyDocSafe Proposals.  From setting up your services and prices, through contract templates and intake forms all the way to ID verification and payment setup.


Electronic signature

In this video we cover e-signature transactions assuming that you already have the document you want to have signed. You will learn how to send a single document to one person, more than one person, how to broadcast a document for parallel signing to a group of people, how to send many documents to many people and how to set up a simple template.

Electronic forms

In this video we show you how to set up and share electronic forms. From simple inputs through to conditional statements, data validation, 2-by-2 data sets and letting users clone entire sections.

Creating documents

In this video we show how to create a document from scratch, how to add variable to it, how to create an instance of a template, fill the variables and how to send it for signing.

Creating workflows

In this video we show how to create a workflow that consists of three steps: an e-form, a contract and a direct debit mandate setup. We use GoCardless for direct debit setup. Workflows allow you to onboard your prospects in a fast and user friendly way – once designed, you can re-use them and efficiently collect the data and monitor progress.
