When I send a document for signing, the system immediately cancels it. Why?

In most cases the reason is because the email address of the signee has been marked as 'spam' by our email sending server. Once an address is marked as 'spam' we no longer deliver messages to it.

If you are confident that the email is legitimate, please write to us at support@mydocsafehq.com so that we can whitelist the address.
