You must not misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Attempting to disrupt or overload our systems
Using automated systems to access our services without permission

MyDocSafe offers several payment models:

Portal Users: Free access to shared portals
Monthly Subscribers: Pay monthly with the ability to cancel anytime
Annual Subscribers: Pay annually at a discounted rate
Transaction-based: Pay per transaction for certain services

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Service Availability

MyDocSafe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The service is free of viruses or harmful components

12. Payments

We use Stripe to process payments. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase for unused services. Please contact support for refund requests.

13. Delivery Policy

Our services are delivered electronically. Access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment and account creation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocSafe Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $5 or the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Miscellaneous

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DocSafe Limited regarding the use of our services.
