1. Overview

By opting in to our messaging service, you consent to receive a confirmation message and ongoing automated marketing and informational text messages from DocSafe Limited.

Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided at signup, or to any other number you designate.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency & Delivery

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with DocSafe Limited. We may increase or decrease the number of messages sent at any time and may change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender used to deliver messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile network provider for details of your plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Supported Carriers

Participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link provided (if applicable).

Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from us. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again via the original signup method.

6. Change of Mobile Number

This is a condition of continued participation in the messaging service.
