We now support multi-media files (audio and video) on premium subscription plans. You can upload a recording directly from your mobile phone into your MyDocSafe account via any supported browser. Just login, go to Documents or a folder where you want to upload your recording or images, click on the “+” button and select “upload from video or camera” (or similar)
We also support large file sharing which can go up to 10 GB on Enterprise plans. See our pricing plans for details. Our basic subscriptions support files up to 250 MB which should suffice for all electronic signature requirements.
When uploading documents you will now see a progress bar showing you the percentage completion.
When downloading documents you have two options:
if you download just one document, you can download it in its original format via the ‘…’ icon or as a Zip file via the selection box
if you download multiple files or folders, you can only download them as a Zip file (multi-select your items and choose ‘download selected items’)
