Welcome to July 2024 release notes. Here is what is new:
Workflows:
- we added automatic invitation reminders. These work both in Prospect and Client portal groups saving you time.
- you can use message templates as workflow reminders and inviations
Contacts:
- The contacts list is now paginated, can be sorted in a number of ways and includes an “Date of ID test” column. This column will show the date of the last ID verification test done by that contact. This is particularly useful if you want to check which clients need a refresher test done.
- Contact sheets now have an ID verification section which will list all tests done by that contact including an “up-to-date” or “expired” icon.
- You can now set the ID text as ‘expired’ or set an automatic expiration timer. This will help you determine which contacts to ask to redo their ID tests (say, after a year). To find out more read this article.
Self-signup clients
- Clients who register to portals through a self-signup link can now start any allowed workflow (previously you had to invite them to those workflow separately)

New esign setup experience
- We started the rollout of our new esign wizard. It is currently available for the simplest type of esign request (one document, one signer). We will continue rolling it out across the platform to replace the legacy editor in future releases. In the meantime, please try it out and let us know what new types of esign fields you require.
