Portals now can be configured to feature folders that are not visible to client users. This is particularly useful if you would like to hold both published and unpublished documents in the same client portal.
To enable “Internal Documents” to to Portal Group Settings page and in “Configure Portal Tabs” enable “Internal Documents” tab and Save.

Broadcasting request for information.
The feature to broadcast a request to fill out a questionnaire just to easier. We retired our legacy feature and added a new option to “Broadcast messages” module.
You can now select three types of broadcasts:
an Unencrypted message – ideal for announcements
a request for documents – useful when asking clients to upload their documents to portals
a request for information – requires a questionnaire template to be defined
The feature allows users to pick exactly which client users will receive a broadcast
This feature is available on all subscription plans
