How do I set the date format to American standard?

If you are based in North America, this settings should become your default without you having to do anything. However, if for any reason the date format is not right, keep reading

To change the date format to the American standar (i.e. mm-dd-yyyy instead of dd-mm-yyyy) please go to your account settings (top right hand corner) and then to localisation. When you change the time zone to any US city, the date format should also automatically change.
