In this sprint we worked primarily on the way portal messages work. Portal messages are secure chat rooms with benefits: you can send an unencrypted notification, or a message that requires logging in to be viewed, you can request documents via an upload button or ask clients to fill out fact finds. We added some bells and whistles:
- you can now use your saved message templates to compose your portal messages faster
- you can now set the default security setting for portal messages. This is useful if you want to turn off the requirement to login before the message can be viewed
- Broadcast messages no longer require a login to be viewed
We have also optimised slow queries to speed up the platform. If you still experience any issues with loading speeds, please let us know.
